Loved the king-size swimming pool suitable for children and the rich buffet breakfast inspired by traditional Cretan, Mediterranean, and international cuisine. Plus, their own farm supplies the restaurant with all kinds of meat, fruits, and vegetables. Wow, organic food!

Such a shame I didn't get a chance to try the parrot's cooking skills.

The location was perfect, right on the beach, with easy access to a variety of cozy taverns and bustling restaurants. The vibrant nightlife in the area added an extra element of fun to our family holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the generous breakfast buffet each morning, offering a wide selection of delicious food. a great hotel for a memorable family vacation.

For dads, it would be great to have more children's activities available.

We got great value for our money at Alianthos Beach Hotel. The room had a stunning view of the sea and was kept clean and comfortable. The hotel's location next to the beach was fantastic, and the staff treated us marvelously.

Menu for breakfast could use a bit more variety.

This is the best hotel we stayed at in Crete. Very clean and the room was wonderful. The bathroom was like a spa.I loved the jetted tub! The location was perfect. The morning buffet was great with tons of selections. We chose to also eat at the nightly dinner buffet. My husband loved thir chocolate mousse and I loved the terrific salad selection. The staff was very helpful from the second we walked in until we left. I highly recommend this hotel.

The food was excellent quality and value. The room, bed and bathroom were new and good quality. The reception, dining and cleaning service were friendly, and always first quality. The one kilometer beach was just accross a minor road, and there are many restraunts and bars within a couple of hundred yards. Overall we were more than satisfied.

The lounge is very small and there is no dedicated bar within the Hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money and has an ideal location right across the street from the beach. The rooms are comfortable with excellent amenities and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious and served with a marvellous view of the beachfront. I also appreciated the attention to detail, like having a shower in the bathroom.

No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

Good location at the beginning of long Blue Flag beach. Free internet, nearby parking. Lots of good tavernas around. The beach is across the road - however there is almost no motor traffic so does not disturb at all. Average room size for budget hotel.

No safe in the room - only at reception for separate fee. Buffet dinner is quite poor - tavernas around would be better choice.

The breakfast was filling and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The rooms were outdated and in serious need of renovation. The bed linens were old and looked stained.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a lovely resort with stunning beaches for surfing and snorkeling. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, making you feel like home. The rooms are clean and useful, with an excellent bathroom and a marvellous view on the beachfront. The breakfast is the best I ever had in Greek hotels, and the prices are great value for money.

Nothing for me.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach and many restaurants and shops. The staff was excellent and provided us with helpful information about the area. We particularly enjoyed the big variety of food offered at breakfast and dinner.

The noise level from outside traffic could be heard from our room towards the street, potentially disturbing light sleepers. On top of that, the room view was partially obscured which was a shame.
